3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservations, you are required to:

  • Be 18 years old or above
  • Submit correct and complete information
  • Make the necessary deposit as detailed in your reservation confirmation
  • Accept these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Booking confirmation is only given once payment is received and we provide written confirmation. Service may be refused to any person at our discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charters depend on the availability of vessels and appropriate weather conditions. We aim to accommodate your requested dates and timings within reason.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All pricing is provided in £ and covers taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are liable to changes without forewarning.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial deposit: 50% of the entire cost of the charter is due at time of booking
  • Final balance: Payable 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Supplementary fees (if applicable): Payable upon completion of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and certified bank drafts. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund excluding processing costs
  • 24-72 hours before departure: Refund of 50%
  • Less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund

5.2 Weather Cancellations

If, according to our captain, weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose:

  • Scheduling your charter for another date at no extra fee
  • Issuing a full refund if rescheduling is not an option

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If there's a mechanical failure with the designated vessel, we will strive to secure an adequate replacement. If this is not feasible, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

  • Adhere to instructions from the crew
  • Don safety gear as required
  • Report any health conditions that could impact their safety
  • Stay within specified areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The following are not permitted onboard:

  • Glass vessels
  • Unlawful substances
  • Guns or other weaponry
  • Ecessive amounts of drinks (beyond moderate consumption)
  • Pets (approval required)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers should behave respectfully. Any behavior that is a safety hazard or interrupts the enjoyment of others can result in an early termination of the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We limit our liability to the fee paid for the charter. We do not accept responsibility for:

  • Injuries sustained due to passenger carelessness
  • Theft or damage to personal items
  • Indirect or punitive damages
  • Delays from weather or situations outside of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We sustain comprehensive marine insurance for our vessels and operations. It is the passenger's duty to have personal travel and belongings insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You understand maritime activities carry intrinsic hazards by engaging in our charter services, and you accept responsibility for your welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

Itineraries, trips, or schedules may be adjusted based on meteorological factors, security needs, or other operational considerations. We will endeavor to offer similar alternatives when possible.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for disruptions, cancellations, or amendments attributable to matters beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Catastrophes
  • Legal enforcements
  • Port shutdowns
  • Mechanical failures

11. Intellectual Property
